Portable house or Detachabe house is designed as fully bolts and screws connection prefab house. Mainly made by two parts: The steel framework, sandwich wall & roof panel. 
The framework is connected by bolts and screws. Most of the roof and wall panels will be precut inside our factory, only just very few cutting work will be processed on site. A 6 workers team is able to finish within one day.

Earthquake resistance can reach Grade 7. Package and Delivery
The steel framework components are nude packing, stick with tags. All the tags relate to materials list and installation instruction.Those fragile parts like window, will protected with bubble plastic film and very small hardwares are packed inside a carton box. All the loading work are done by a professional team who will place the components in neat, and make the best use of space.
Installation Instructions
About installation. Will provide three ways:
1. Offer 2D or 3D graphic installation manual;
2. Provide training service in the workshop;
3. Provide supervisor on site or online technical support.
